Sagovsky and published in Vol. 150 of the British Journal of Psychiatry in June 1987.   It is used by researchers and clinicians world wide and has been proven effective in numerous studies.  We have included it here (permission granted with proper credit), not to diagnose, but to help guide you in finding a starting point to how you might be feeling.
